The Inclusion Team

We are very proud of our Inclusion Team here at Copley Primary School.

The team is led by Mrs Miller (from Copley) and Miss Lowson (from Highbury) and is a mix of both Copley and Highbury pupils.

The team meet every few weeks and have a different focus for each half term.

They plan and deliver assemblies, visit other projects, visit Highbury Special School and organise charity days in school. 

We have a very special link with Project Search. They work with young people across Calderdale with learning disabilities to find supported internship positions in the workplace. Across this year, our Inclusion team have welcomed Project Search to Copley twice and even visited them in their workplace at Calderdale Royal Infirmary.
